Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.

All items offered for sale on our web site are for
ADULT COLLECTORS only and are not suitable for
children.
Postage & Packing is included in the price of the items
- for the UK, Channel Islands & Eire this is 1st Class
mail and by airmail for other regions. Recorded,
Registered, Parcel Insured and Special Delivery are
NOT included in the price and should you require
delivery via any of these methods please phone or
email us prior to payment or despatch.

We only accept Sterling or US Dollar cheques.

When payment is made by debit/credit card delivery
can only be made to the address at which the card is
registered.

For payments made by credit/debit cards refunds can
only be made to the original card account or if payment
was made by cheque to the original payee.

If for any reason you are not happy with any of your
purchases we will gladly exchange them or offer a full
refund - no questions asked- providing we receive the
returned items, in good condition within 14 days of
despatch. The items should be well packed and sent by
recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for
any items damaged in transit.
Ordering Information
1) By Email:-  Please send us the code numbers of the items you are ordering to:-
sales@thedollworks.co.uk. We will then email you an order acknowledgement.
If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, please do not include your card details,
we will contact you by telephone to obtain these, so please don’t forget to include
your contact details

2) By post :- Send your order  together with your cheque or credit/card details to :-

3) By phone:- Call us on UK +44 (020) 8693 1174. We have a 24 hour answer
machine, however, we do try to answer the phone personally whenever possible.

4) Online using PAYPAL’s secure online ordering  and payment service. Here
you may safely pay by most major credit cards, some debit cards, e-check or
direct money transfer. Simply browse the online catalogue adding your chosen
items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping simply click the
checkout button and then follow the on screen instructions from PAYPAL.
There are four ways in which you can order:-
Pattern Packs:- Most of the pattern packs are kept in stock and we aim to
despatch these within a period of 7 - 28 days.

Dressed Dolls & Commissions - These are all handmade and produced to order
only, delivery of these can take up to six  months - depending on the time of year.
Delivery dates on these items will be agreed with the customer at the time of
ordering.

Roomboxes & Structures - These are all made to order and delivery time will
depend on the type of structure required and the time of year.

Furniture & Accessories - we keep many of these as stock items and aim to
despatch orders within a period of 7 - 28 days.

All despatches are subject to credit card authorisation or receipt of cleared funds
if you are paying by cheque.

If for any reason we are unable to meet a delivery date we will contact you
immediately to advise when delivery will be possible or to offer you an alternative
item.

Should any item be damaged in transit, a replacement item or refund will be offered
upon receipt of the suitably packaged item within fourteen days of despatch
