Our students had great fun with this project! There are sooo many different elements to this class! From learning how to dry brush a floor and using a new brickwork product to landscaping in miniature!

The bakery has living quarters above the bakehouse which are accessed by an exterior staircase.

The interior of the bakery is accessed by removable front and roof panels.

As was typical of the period the shop is attached to the bakery and the shop serving hatch is formed by flap down and flap up shutters.

There are 2 large walkin fire places, 2 bread ovens in the wall and 4 brazier type hobs along one wall for cooking the fillings for pies!
